Dr. Jiang Yisong

Dr. Jiang Yisong currently serves as the Chairman of Suzhou Zhongyang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.

He received his doctoral degree after graduating from Tsinghua University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, studying under distinguished scholars. His research and practice focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic management.

Career Experience

1998 – 2000

Served at BenQ Corporation, engaged in marketing and product management, and later held positions as Product Manager and General Manager of the Beijing Branch.

2000 – 2017

Founded Beijing Mingtong Video Technology Co., Ltd., a company certified under national military standards and dedicated to military technology innovation, providing technical support for the national defense modernization strategy.

Also founded PanguStone Investment Management Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, leading or participating in investments in more than ten high-tech enterprises across sectors such as intelligent security and smart transportation.

2018 – 2023

Served as a Research Fellow at Renmin University of China, participating in key strategic research projects for major state-owned enterprises.

Conducted in-depth studies on industrial innovation and governance models, contributing to policy implementation by relevant government ministries.

In parallel, led or participated in strategic planning and transformation projects for several publicly listed companies, facilitating organizational restructuring and performance improvement.

2023 – Present

Appointed as Chairman of Suzhou Zhongyang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., responsible for strategic planning and investment layout, driving continuous innovation and sustainable growth of the Group.

Community and Professional Engagement

Dr. Jiang serves as President of the Jiangsu Alumni Association of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, promoting collaboration in technology transfer and talent exchange between Jiangsu and Hong Kong.
